Dry milk, also known as powdered milk, has been around for decades. It has become a very practical product, especially given all the uncertainty with supply chain issues.

But what if you need a substitution for dry milk? Given that I write about food allergies, I know that there are many readers out there who are looking for milk/dairy free substitutions for dry milk.
